According to BGR,AT&T has released new OS for AT&T BlackBerry Bold on August 25th,but a week later,maybe it has a problem,rumors said it’s a software issue affecting the interaction between the device and network enhancements being deployed.we hope AT&T will release the new OS to fix this AT&T BlackBerry Bold’s problem,if you upgraded your OS, you can avoid dealing with CS by activating visual voicemail yourself.

One AT&T BlackBerry Bold user upgraded OS and said:“I downloaded the update today. It still took a customer service call to get my visual voicemail up and running. The customer service rep was very helpful and patient. My visual voicemail is a welcome addition to my Blackberry. Though what I would really like is a speech-text conversion as in Googletalk.”
