At first,We need someone to host them on their site with the appropriate code. Or you can register at the samsung innovator site

This link is for the widget test page. After you register you can upload widgets here and then download them to your phone using a pin widget that you will have to download from their site first. http://widget.samsungmobile.com/pin.htm Try the widget for the star and pixon.

The downloadable pin widget seems to be offline. I don’t know if its temporary or permanent. But if you can’t install the pin widget to your phone then go to this link on your phone and it will do the same thing as the pin widget.

Now this site is supposed to be for widgets that you personally make. So if you upload a widget, after you download it to your phone then delete the widget from the test page.

To set a voice recording as the Voice Call Ringtone on AT&T Samsung Mythic follow the steps below:
Normal
Driving
Outdoor
- From the standby screen, press on Menu
- Select Settings
- Select Sound Profile
- Press on the Sound Profile to be edited from the following:
- Press on Tones
- Press on the bent arrow , left of Tones
- Press on Recorded Audio
- Press on the desired Recorded Audio file then press on Add
- Press on the desired Vibration Pattern
- Press on Save to keep the Vibration Pattern setting
- Press on Voice Call Ringtone (AT&T Tone)
- Set the Ringtone Volume setting
- Press on Vibration Pattern (Vibration 1)
- From the Call screen (Use the drop down arrow in the top right corner):
- Press on Save to keep the Normal, Driving or Outdoor Sound Profile settings

Now you can set it done,hope it works for you.
