First i want to say the AT&T Samsung Impression is better than AT&T Samsung Sunburst, why i said that? both these two AT&T Samsung phones are all messaging devices, but the AT&T Samsung Sunburst does not have 3G and keyboard, only a simple touch-screen phone with a healthy set of midrange features, in addition, the touch screen can feel a little slow to respond at times. AT&T Samsung Impression has a brilliant touch screen, a roomy keyboard, we like it, the call quality is pretty good, but Samsung Impression isn’t perfect, it also has some drawbacks, for example the camera lacks a flash, and keyboard shortcuts are few. Also, it lacks voice dialing and the promised battery life is rather short.

AT&T Samsung Sunburst feature AT&T’s online cloud services like AT&T Address Book and is a slim and lightweight touch-screen phone with a 2-megapixel camera, the price is lower, it will cost you $59.99 with a new two-year service agreement.

Seems the AT&T Samsung Impression has a text bug, lots of users are looking for a possible solution to the problem, I didn’t realize so many people have a this problem, if you take a message, after sending maybe 300 messages or so, it does not send it anymore. How to increase the volume for calls with receiver and speakerphone?

For earpiece in a call

enter *#197328640# like you were making a call.
tap 8 - audio
tap 1 - RCV Config
tap 3 - Call config
tap 3 - RCV Codec Gain
tap 4 - cod_rx
Then enter your selection for the gain by tapping on the number. 4 would be a decent choice.

Then hit the end call key. Reboot your phone and try it out.

If its too loud then try 2 or 3. Not loud enough try 5 or 6 but your receiver speaker may start to distort

NOTE:F.Y.I. the default value for cod_rx for each is 0db.
