Dell just released their first Android smartphone - AT&T Dell Aero, before this, we had told you some information about Dell Mini 3i, it looks to be their rebadge of the Dell Mini 3, but only made some hardware changes or upgrading. So far full specifications are not currently known, AT&T have confirmed that they’ve worked with Dell on re-skinning the standard Android UI.

The AT&T Dell Aero will come with a 3.5” touchscreen, 3 MP camera, GPS, and the ability to take microSD cards of up to 32 GB.

We just told you Google is going to release HTC Nexus One with AT&T 3G data, According to unwiredview, here is a new AT&T Motorola cell phone coming soon, so far we don’t know the mobile name. Motorola may to unveil two new Android devices some days later(on January 6 (just ahead of CES 2010), it said Moto “may announce” an Android phone for AT&T and another one for Verizon.AT&T upcoming cell phones

We think this new AT&T phone may is Motorola Backflip, it said the device has an OLED touchscreen display, a physical keyboard, and won’t feature the MotoBlur interface.
