How to Update SMS Text Setting For AT&T LG Incite
I think this article is useful for AT&T LG Incite users,If you have been experiencing error messages when attempting to text on the LG Incite, simply follow the steps below to download the correction via ActiveSync on your PC and your phone.if you have the same problem,you can fix with this method,i found it from LG official site.
# Download UpdateTxtSetting.zip
# Download UpdateTxtSetting.exe
1. Unzip UpdateTxtSetting.zip to your PC OR Click on the UpdateTxtSetting.exe file and save it to your desktop
2. Connect your PC with the ActiveSync Program
3. Click on the Explore tab and Copy the file entitled “UpdateTxtSetting.exe” to your phone
4. On your LG Incite, click on the Start Menu button
5. Scroll down to the Programs and click
7. Click on the “Tools” icon in the Programs screen
8. On the Tools screen, click on the “File Explorer” icon
9. Scroll down to UpdateTxtSetting and select the file
10. A result message will appear stating “Successfully change setting to O:CS Preferred.”
11.To apply the change, turn off your phone, then turn it back on
