– What you need
This dll (version 4.32.0.0) :http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KNJLLAP7 Replace the one in FlashTool E2 file once installed by this one.
Note:This tutorial does not yet allow you to totally unlock your LG Arena SIM Card, but allows you to choose which operator you want to work with. This is repeatable as many time as you want, so it’s still pretty good (but you won’t be able to use another operator if you are not near your computer). Hopefully with a little more work, we’ll be able to have our phones unlock for several operators, or even all operators.

2.1
The file you have is in fact your STATIC_EEP merged with your 06_BB_MPEH.fls, therefore, only the first 80Ko are interesting for us.
Open the file with your Hexadecimal Editor.
2.2
Go to this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_Network_Code and find your operator code(the one you use, and the one you want to use)-(if longer than 5 digits, take the first 5)
2.3
Look in the hexadecimal editor for your operator code (Value should be starting at offset = 00000E50 column 2, and has a length of 5)
Replace it by the operator code you want to use (if typing it in decimal, change the value and the decimal part of your editor)
[Note : I'm looking either for a generic operator code, or a way to put several operators in a row in this space (separator between two operators ?) Thanks for any help(the static eep part of an unlocked phone could help ]
