IMPORTANT:If the incorrect PIN is entered more than three times, the phone will display “ENTER PUK.” If this message is displayed, you may obtain the PUK Code through myWireless Account. If you are unable to access your account information online or if your phone is requesting the PUK2 Code, please contact Customer Care.
-1.From the standby screen, tap Menu.
-2.Tap Settings.
-3.Tap Phone.
-4.Tap Security.
-5.Scroll to and tap Change PIN Code.
-6.Enter the current PIN code, then tap Confirm.
NOTE: The default PIN is 1111.
-7.Enter the desired PIN code (4 to 8 digits), then tap Confirm.
-8.Re-enter the new PIN code, then tap Confirm.
