.Connect up your phone to your PC and fire up your choice of bitpim or TKFileExplorer
.Browse to the java ‘games’ directory on your phone, & then to the ‘appdb’ folder under the particular app you want to fix. For example, to work on Gmail, you’d navigate to “\Exe\Java\Games\Gmail\appdb”.
.Copy the “settings.bin” file from the appdb directory onto your PC and open it with a hex editor (ALWAYS save a backup copy FIRST!).

.You’ll want to change two bytes in the settings.bin file to “08″, the 7th byte and the 61st (Note: this is where this differs from the Sync which only needed the 7th byte changed)… As an example, see the red bytes in the attached screenshot. You’ll notice that there’s a repeated pattern of bytes in the file, and that the byte to be modified is in the same position in each of the two sets.
.Now just copy the modified settings.bin file back to the phone in its original location, disconnect and reboot the phone and you’re good to go.
.In future when you use the app, you’ll get the popup only once and will have the “Allow, ask once” option available.

NOTE:I take NO RESPONSIBILITY for you bricking your phone by reading this post, following these instructions, or even breathing heavy!
