This question is really very easy,the lG VU phone have default PIN code,the code is “1111″,you can use this default PIN code enter desired “New PIN code” and tap OK.If incorrect lock code is entered more than 3 times the phone will display “ENTER PUK”.you must If this message is displayed contact Customer Care here. The detailed steps are here:First you must enable LG Vu PIN code request

1.From the standby screen, tap Menu.
2.Tap Settings tab.
3.Tap More.
4.Tap Security.
5.Tap PIN Code Request.
6.tap desired option.
7.Enter the current PIN code, and tap OK.
8.NOTE: Default PIN code is 1111.
9.A confirmation screen will be displayed.

Change the LG Vu PIN code:

1.From the standby screen, tap Menu.
2.Tap Settings tab.
3.Tap More.
4.Tap Security.
5.Tap Change Codes.
6.Tap PIN 1.
7.Enter the PIN code, tap OK.
8.NOTE: Default PIN code is 1111.
9.Enter desired “New PIN code” and tap OK.
10.“Confirm PIN Code” and tap OK.
11.A confirmation screen will be displayed.
