The AT&T Wireless finally announced the Samsung Captivate i897 will add the AT&T’s home, it’s the same as the t-mobile’s Samsung Galaxy S, According to AT&T offical site, we know the AT&T Samsung Captivate i897 is a high-end Android smartphone, powered by the 1 GHz Cortex A8 Samsung application processor and the Androidâ„¢ 2.1 operating system, features are really nice, it looks pretty sleek, maybe the price is not cheap, Unfortunately we don’t have an officially launch date nor price… but will launch soon, presumably late Summer or holiday season.

AT&T Samsung Captivate i897 features include 4 inch WVGA Super AMOLED display, plus features Swype Keyboard for extremely fast typing, powered by 1 GHz Samsung processor, 5 megapixel camera, HD video recording and plays DivX certified high definition video, 3.5mm headset jack, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0 and 3D sound capabilities.
