AT&T Samsung Eternity Tricks:bypass the 300kb ringtone limit
We know that AT&T Samsung Eternity limiting the phone ringtones only 300kb,so we can’t setting the long(above 300 kb) mp3 as a ringtones,just found the method on samsung-eternity forum,if you also meet this problem,please use the following method to solve the problem.I’ve used 2.3 mb wav file to set as ringtone successfully.
1. Put the long(above 300 kb) and short( below 300kb) ringtone into memory card.
2. Set the shorter ringtone as call ringtone.
3. Then delete the shorter ringtone from memory card.
4. Now move the shorter ringtone from phone memory to memory card.
5. Move the long ringtone to phone memory and rename the longer tone to the Exact name as the shorter ringtone.
NOTE:Works 100% …your files needs to be same format to do this steps though….like mp3 to mp3 or wav to wav.
